'Normal' uses the date and time formats below this option.

'Yesterday / Today' will show 'Yesterday' and 'Today' for dates that fall in those periods.

'Detailed' will show times such as '1 Minute Ago', '1 Hour Ago', '1 Day Ago', and '1 Week Ago'.

Suggestion: Option to specify per forum how date & time is displayed.

Why: I use the detailed display on my forum but some members are complaining about the way the date is shown. I have some forums where users keep an journal and they update it regularly, on those forums it would be better to have a "normal" date & time displayed!
