CMS Problems with login sessions and multiple questions

I would like to ask multiple questions about handling vBulletin. I hope you can help me:

1. Problem: I'm having problems with sessions. When I browse through articles in the CMS I appear logged off after a couple of clicks with no apparent reason. I have to login again multiple times. I have also noted that If I switch to the forums I appear logged in again and when I go back to the CMS I appear logged in back, until I start browsing the CMS again and it shows me as logged off.

2. Question: Is there a way I can set attachments to be shown as thumbnails by default? Currently I need to set them as "miniature" one by one. In addition, the miniatures are as heavy as the full images. How can I make them downsized in the thumbnails and only show them in full size and weight by clicking on them?

3. Question: Is it possible to show article previews in the sidebar? Just like they are shown in the primary content. It would be very useful in order to show "highlighted articles" in the sidebard instead of the primary content space. An example of what I'm talking about would be this: http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/4444/destacados.jpg (this one is being made as fixed html widget, very unpractical)

4. Question (Problem?) Where can I give permissions for users to be able to use the Formatting toolbar while creating/editing an article in CMS? Currently, my supermod group is missing the full Bbcode toolbar (Bold, Italic, Center, Images, etc...)
