| Hey guys, I run a website that is ranked in the top 15,000 on Alexa and for the last year our vBulletin has been pretty neglected. I think at some point someone hacked the software and wrecked havoc on our server. Anyways, we had the whole site moved to a new dedicated server and when we reinstalled VB nothing has really been the same. I'm far too busy to maintain the forum but I do have about two writers for the main site who are able to moderate the forum if we can get some admin help. Basically what I need is someone who can setup reasonable rules for membership acceptance, knowledge in VB's backend so proper patches are fixed (don't want to get hacked again), familiar with pruning suspicious or inactive users, fixing our facebook login integration, and other general backend Admin issues. Two days ago we received a database error every 3 minutes; it would be nice to have someone who knew how to fix that sort of thing. Without giving out the website directly, it's a photography based website so anyone who has interest in cameras, video, photography, and being creative is a major bonus. I've tried finding looking for a VB Admin through our readership (over 2 million a month) but unfortunately none of them were experienced with the software enough to bring onto our team. That's why I've turned here. I'm not a fan of resumes as I find them stiff and they usually fail to represent a person's character.
