Injuries after attacking the funeral of the murdered child
Bahrain: many injured due to excessive force against citizens in Muharraq

Many injuries were reported as the regime forces opened fire at mourners who gathered to mark the last day of the funeral of Hossam Al-Haddad (16 years), a victim of regime forces brutality.
Mourners were targeted with tear gas while many are reported to have been arrested and brutally assaulted.
Repression is the regime forces' usual behaviour when dealing with funerals of martyrs killed by those forces.

As usual, the regime forces backed the militias who took part in attacking the mourners in Muharraq on Tuesday 21st August, 2012.
In fact, the pro-regime militias are reported to have attacked citizens and perpetrated many crimes against mourners while the regime forces just watched without doing anything.
All roads leading to the cemetery were blocked to prevent the people from participating in the funeral of the Martyr Hossam Al-Haddad.
