In need of help..

I just recently took over the site CorpusRacing.com

From what I know and from what I was told the VBulletin that is on the site is OWNED, and that we should be able to update it. The original owner is no longer part of the "car scene" and has walked away from the site and all of us. Recently we have been having some issues with the site and I wanted to update to the newest version of Vbulletin to see if it would take care of those issues. Is there any way that I can get that info that is needed to update or is there another route we need to look down?
