In need of help

Hi my mane is tom(screan name tstom)i have a problem and i would appreiate some ones help
My problem is ,on this past saturday night i was on a web sit(xbox360iso.com) with my home computer ,download a file from their file section(Which slows my computer right down)so i figured i would fire up my lap top and be able to browes around at fast speed(Useing my internet stick)So i hade both my computers logged into their site under my account,as soon as i did this(logged on with lap top)i get a message from v bulliten sayying that...

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

Could some one help me i cannot contact any one at the sight or any other site that use v bullitin.I am not a computer hacker or a scammer,i just screwed up i never thought logging in under the same name with 2 computers would do this

I would really appreciate some ones help with this,like i said i cannot contact any one at any 1 of these sights because as soon as i register, so i can post i get that message __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
