Forum Automatically assign registrants between 13 and 17 years old to a special user group

I want to allow registrants who are between 13 & 17 years old, but restrict them from accessing adult-oriented CMS items, forums, blogs, and modules. Is there a built-in feature in vB 4 to automatically assign users between 13-17 to a special usergroup based on the birth-date specified during initial member registration? I could then place restrictions on that user group as needed.

In addition, there will be forums just for the 13-17 age-groups. Members who are 18-and-over would automatically go into the default "Registered Member" group, but I would restrict them from posting in the 13-17 forums.
