Vbullentin's Forum & License Questions

I was looking on the Buying page of VB and noticed there are two things, and i'm abit confused and before i go further, wish to ask a few questions about it!

1). What is the difference between this forum and other forums you can get cheaper, pertaining it has the same benefits, as this forum does.

2). How long is the License Valid for and

3). What is all i need to buy to keep it going and that goes for always keeping the forum going ?
