| I'm at my wits end with paypal. The current nightmare is that they are demanding I provide info about my non-profit. I do NOT have a non-profit and I never said I did. I can even go into my account settings and clearly see I have a business account. They tell me if I do not comply they will freeze my account. So for a week now I have raised support calls and tried to get this sorted via phone support as well, and it is a nightmare to the point I want to ditch them asap. If it costs more then so be it. Anyone here ditch them? What did you go with and are you happy with them? The only other system I tried was 2CO about 5yrs ago and they were just as bad as paypal, and they had crazy wait times freezing my funds. Authorize.net looks interesting but I can't get my head around how to use it.. Thanks for any info..
