Forum almost there!

ok so i;m new vbulletin so please forgive me...

so i downloaded vbulletin 4.0 after buying the license and then i found a tut on this site for ver. 3.0.0 but i figured it's about thesame. so i followed it correctly with doing the mysql and changing the php thing in wordpad and then i used smart FTP like it said and uploaded the files to my server. when i go to my server page, it says all the files are in there, however when i try to type in the /install/install.php at the end of the site, it doesn't work. i really don't know why. i'm so confused lol, it may be because i'm usinga free server or idk what maybe version 4.0 is different but to me it seems like it should work if all the files are on my server. does anyone know whats wrong? any help is appreciated since im a newbie lol __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
