Forum Forum problem: Everyone has the same Year of Birth

For some bizarre reason, everyone on my forum has a YOB of 1952!

I checked the database, and table "user" is filled with proper birthdates (They're not all the same), yet if I look at everyone's user profile page in the software, they appear as shown in the attached jpg. Their age is correct, but every YOB is 1952. (Vb4.0.6, but it's been like this for a while)

Any ideas?
