Multiple Domains - what do I need to buy?

I have 4 magazine websites, each with their own header look and content and each has their own domain name.

It would be nice to have a CMS where I can manage the content for each within one admin (which I think Drupal can do), but when it comes to the forums, I would like to use just one forum. My thought here is cross marketing - allowing readers of one interest area be able to easily view topics from the other areas.

So my questions are:

- Can you manage content from one admin for each site? Each site requiring different information and header graphics and possibly different color schemes and background images.

- If the above can be done, can I share 1 forum? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
