Forum Counter in Blog and Forum not working properly

My counter for my forum and blog aren't working properly. The counter for blog is simple always at "0". While the counter for the forum is only +1 from the thread count.

Below is the vB code calling for these two functions.

Blog:

{vb:rawphrase posted_date_at_time_memberaction, {vb:raw memberaction_dropdown}, {vb:raw blog.date}, {vb:raw blog.time}} ({vb:raw blog.blogtitle})

Forum:

I have not touched this code, simply copying it over from the unmodified original code. Any ideas?
