CMS Access Denied...

Well, I upgraded my entire site last night and I was pretty impressed with how smooth everything went. I had 1 issue with the cache table on step 9 but fixed that by deleting the cache table and letting the upgrade re-add it. A few minor setbacks here and there but overall, great job on your end!

Now to my issue that I can't seem to resolve. I did a search on this and it appears to be something with permissions but I think I checked all of the permissions but still... Quote:

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I don't get this logged in as an admin, only as a regular user and/or not logged in user.

What the hell am I missing? I'm sure it's something I'm overlooking but for the life of me, I can't figure it out.
