General optimization

I was quite surprised when i have inspected http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/ page with Page Speed...

The latest version of supposed-to-be the best forum software available got 61/100...

some recommendations than Page Speed suggest are not vB software specific, but some of them are.. and quite important.
as per Page Speed suggestion optimizing images (on the page) could reduce their size by 108.4KiB (81% reduction)... Well, thats quite alot. Im really surprised that vB team has overlooked it.

There are also suggestions of minifying the code (CSS, HTML, JS) and tweaking/combining CSS/JS, but i guess you can look into it yourselves and hopefully, take it to the next level I assume it might seriously improve vB performance, esp for big boards.

IPB: Page Speed Score: 75/100
SMF: Page Speed Score: 72/100
PHPBB: Page Speed Score: 71/100
All considerably higher than vB. Something to think of... __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
