vB4 title tag, what do i edit to make this only popup on txt (not entire cells)

I would like the title tag yellow popup boxes to not show when moused over whole cells but just when moused over the title text. I am not sure if this can now be done with a simple css change? Maybe css to tell it not to show title on the cell so then it will just show it on text? Not very good with css but i know how to add it to additional.css if anyone can tell me what to place.
