Blog Modifying the contents of the Blog widget on the Blog page

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to edit (in settings) the contents of the widget that appears on the right hand side of the Blog page? If so where are these settings located? I am having issues finding them.

Additionally, is it possible (easily?) to add a widget from the CMS page to the blog page right column above/below the default blog widget? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
