Forum Under Heavy Attack - Admin Accounts' Access Denied

My forum is under some kind of heavy attack.

Originally, we noticed that all our administrator accounts could not be logged into because...

But then we began to try regular account users and it now appears that every single forum account has had a hack attempt against it.

1.) Has anyone experienced this? I don't know if someone was trying to desperate hack into any account they could, or it's the work of some kind of sophisticated bot.

2.) We still can't access our admin cp. How can we regain control of our forum?

Any help is appreciated.
