I just feel the need to grouse so bear with me.
I run a vBulletin site and thus have a valid license. I am also the developer for another site that uses vBulletin. Due to the structure of the organization that runs the site and a personal tragedy that has occurred in the life of the individual who has the customer number I am unable to get said customer number from said individual.
I figured I would try to contact Jelsoft and explain the situation. My hope was that they would permit me to run a second test site on my license provided that the other site in question had a license. Alas, as is their right, they have denied my request so I had to take down my own forum's test site in order to set up a test for the site I am developing.
Like I said I understand and respect Jelsoft's rights here, but I find myself disappointed given the situation. (The personal tragedy was the murder of loved ones.)
