Forum Importing a old vb4 database into a new vb4 installation.

Hello,

I would like to know what's the best way to import a old vb4 database into a freshly new installed vb4.

The thing is I want to import everything (users, post, groups, forums, permissions) except the products (hack, mods) because I upgraded from vb3 to vb4 and they are now bugs everywhere because I forgot to disable all the products before upgrading. So the thing is: I want to import everything excpet the products and the main settings (excpet forum and users permissions and group settings) onto a new and fresh vb4 installation so that I don't have all these bugs.
