Forum Big Restore troubles

Ok, my last host was sold and I was able to save a sql back up. But i wasnt able to save my files. I now have a new host and installed a fresh board. I uploaded my old sql succesfully. My main board comes up but when i log into my admincp i get a blank white page and this error:

Line 308 in the /includes/init.php reads as follows: Quote:

I do not have my control panel at all. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanx for any help you can give I am at my wits ends just about.
I am thinking that it might be my plugins but I am not sure __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
