Forum "Like button" doesn't attach name of thread?

Forum "Like button" doesn't attach name of thread?

The Like Button is not posting the name of the thread but rather is posting the "site name"

Example:

Person's Name likes vBulletin Community Forum on vBulletin Community Forum

with the link to the first vBulletin Community Forum being the thread link.

Why is it posting the name of the site forum twice instead of the name of the thread the like button was clicked on? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
