Forum Home page isnt loading - cookie problem?

Hello,

I installed test site on test.manitu.pl

I used these informations:

Did exactly as he did and my homepage wasnt loading. And when I tried to login to my admincp... it redirected me again to admin login page.

There is something with cookies i think.

I tried few options (changing both cookies options) and nothing worked.

Now I can't login to my admincp (I used tools.php to reset options and it started working) and homepage it's not loading.

Other pages work fine.
Like
http://www.test.manitu.pl/sendmessage.php

Then I updated main page "manitu.pl" from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 and homepage doesnt work again...
