Forum Template Errors - Urgent Help!

All right.
I have two major problems
1) The CMS is all glitchy - just look at the font and you can tell there's a problem. I don't know what caused it - but it has nothing to do with Plugins that I have installed from vB.org.
2)The font in some areas are different than the rest of the templates...
I could use some help fixing this problems - it makes the rest of the site look repulsive.

I need help fixing these problems; and you can use an alternate administrator account (which is included in the Sensitive Data) to check what is the problem.

Also, if it turns out it is because of a plugin; how do I restore the .php files?
