CMS How do I delete sections in CMS?

I've found really great directions how to re-name the sections, but under the "food" section (which has been re-named) is a "dessert" section, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to delete the sections of the default CMS information that I don't want to use. I can just imagine the time I'm going to have trying to edit (without deleting) all the article sections.

I just need to delete a couple, and learn how to delete the article sections that aren't going to be used (say 80% of them). __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
