| Hi there, I've just purchased vBulletin to replace an again UBBThreads install on a client's site, and now I want to customise the look and feel of it somewhat. I have tried to edit some of the default templates but for some reason the changes are not being used - in the template list the edited templates show in red signifying that they have been customised, but when viewing the site it is still using the original version of the template. Am I missing something obvious? I've looked in the database table and edited templates are added as new rows/IDs - but I'm guessing that's OK as it needs to keep a copy of the original in case of reverting changes? Also, I think the whole stylevars system is awful, so is the all raw css stored somewhere so I can simply edited in a text editor and reupload, simply bypassing the sylevars? Thanks, Phil __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__ |
