Forum Need help figuring out a members error.

Need some help or suggestions. Running 4.0.4 on one site with no problems except the last couple of days have got a couple of pms from members who seem to be having a problem with Macbooks. Here is the latest I got today:

"Everytime when I go to the sign on page I get this weird message on the top of my screen. I should mention that this is only I use my Macbook and not on our regular PC. Macbook I tested both safari and firefox and both the same message appears.

This is what I see:

Anyone know what the error means or can stear me in a direction to look?
