Double posts

There have been quite a few instances of 'double posting' lately on my forum (duplicate posts appearing right after submitting it)

It's not happening on every post or anything, but frequent enough to definitely be noticeable. It's happened to myself quite a few times as well.

I strongly suspect it's something to do with server load perhaps? I know one of the first things that might suggested is a forum hack/mod, however, it's only started occurring more recently, and I haven't installed a mod in a while. Another reason I suspect something to do with the server is that we've been getting more visitors, and it slows down at time etc. So with these concurrent events...

Anyway, before I complain to my host I just want to see if you guys think there might be something there. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
