Hello, I'm trying to set up a recipes website here in Italy that will be 100% in italian. At the very beginning I thought the main website could have been made with joomla plus some extensions and a personalized recipe-related template, the whole Joomla cms could have been then connected to vbulletin with a good bridge (jfusion maybe). I have now noticed that vBulletin 4.0 publishing suite will have an integrated cms, so I'm sort of unshure if it's better for me to just use this new suite instead of the older project. My questions are; will I be able to have the integrated vbulletin cms as the main homepage and will it be possible for me to keep the forum at this address "domain.com/forum" ? Are there any extensions and templates available for this cms that can help me build a recipe website ? I can obviously understand that Joomla is a much more complex and experienced cms so I am not asking wich one is better, but I'm only afraid that I might not have a good quality result since the main website will be the cms and the forum is only an extra function. I would really appreciate your advice and suggestions. Thank you for your support. Bernardo. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__ |
