Forum 2 Quetsions on Attachment Options (Pencil Icon)

When making an image attachment, we can access the attachment options to adjust alignment and display size by clicking on the pencil icon which appears at the top left of the attachment.

I have two questions:

1. What is the non-English text displayed in the attachment options box?

2. Is there any way to have the attachment options default to "Full Size" as that is the most common setting used. In this way, users wont have to keep clicking on "Full Size" for each attachment they make.
