Forum Customer login problem

Hello,

Had a new member sign up today however he contacted me after saying he provided the wrong email address upon registration - So he provided his new one which I replaced in his profile in Admin.

I then sent him an email letting him know that I have changed his email and I have activated his account.

He replied that he was unable to login getting an error message below

So I went back into admin and inserted a new password for this member however he still could not login.

I tried to login with his user and password and I got the above error message.

In the past I have tried to replace passwords for other members in admin however it wont work.

I need help to fix these problems please
