CMS Articles visible on homepage when they shouldn't

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a CMS bug or unknowledge on my part hence me not creating a bug rapport diractly before checking here first.

I have two sections, Nyheter thats the parent section and a subsection called CMS Hj?lp. I have 4 articles(that came with vb) about CMS and all these are set to belong to the "CMS Hj?lp" section. The categories I have are also all connected to the "CMS hj?lp" section.

The problem I have is that all articles are visible on the "Nyheter" section even though I unchecked "Display Content from Sub-Sections?".

See attached screenshot of the settings for "Nyheter" section.

Is it my unknowledge of CMS or is it a bug?
