Apologies if this has been covered before, I can't seem to find an exact thread for a solution.

I upgraded to 3.8.4 a few months back and now when I or any of my members click on a PM and want to reply they are only given the 'Quick Reply' option beneath along with 'Advanced Options'. Whereas before with 3.6.0 they had the 'Reply', 'Quote', Reply to All', etc, buttons to the right beneath which was far easy and more practical for them.

Is there an easy solution to getting the default 'PM Reply' back and getting rid of the 'Quick Reply' which is annoying many of my members?

I have attached an illustration of exactly what I mean.
