Question about 4.1, reporting a user feature?

Hey devs,

We're building a small product.xml for 3.x branch allowing guests (and/or) members (and/or) staff to report users via, say, their profile or memberlist (instead of just their content). And we've received a few questions about us writing this for version 4.

Is it on the todo list for 4.1 to consider including a report user feature, extending the content report functionality of vBulletin? If so, then we can leave the version 4 one to IB/vBS, and stick to only 3.x

I understand you usually don't disclose features, but this one felt small and innocent enough to ask about anyway. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
