CMS Database error on CMS page after upgrade to 4.0.3

I had some troubles upgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3 which you can see was resolved here. It was Database errors that usually surrounded an duplicate htmlstate. Anyways once droped I was able to complete the install. When I went to the CMS page I would get an error about the recent article widget. But the CMS displayed fine. Just showed the error at the top of the screen. I search the forum and everyone was having success with Clearing the CMS cache. I did that and now I get this on my CMS
