Blog Bloggers able to have their own ads?

In the near future I'm looking to bring on a few individuals as bloggers. One of the features I would like to make available is the ability to allow them to add their own google adsense, or, an area in the page or blog article for advertising on their behalf...Something that they could configure. Short of allowing HTML in blog posts, is there anyone who either has a creative idea as to how this could be done or know enough about this same line of thought that could assist in some critical thinking behind it?
