Forum Reply form alternates between full and quick

Here's another issue I posted as a support ticket:

"When I click the "+ Reply to Thread" button I sometimes get the quick reply form and sometimes the larger full reply form in a new page.

In fact, it seems to alternate every other time.

This was the case before any mods were installed.

The only mod in place is vBSEO. But this will happen on a clean install."

This is the response I got:

"If you double click the Reply button (I know I sometimes do it in error...), it will take you to the Advanced Reply screen rather than utilising the Quick Reply."

Which, of course, is not the case. By now I know the drill: It's the mods, uninstall everything, revert all the templates, heck, do a full clean install. So...I decided to test on vbulletin.com 'cause I know that this is a real problem that probably has nothing to do with templates or mods.

I am going to attempt to use a screen recording utility to record my actions and post it here as an attachment.

I'll add a post every 30 seconds or so in order to avoid flooding issues.

I don't know how well screen recording will will, so this might not work out. Let's see.
