Forum Changed domain name, easy way to replace url's in post?

Hi Guys,

I changed my domain some time ago and would like to update the old threads still linking to the old URL. I mean the data that is posted by my members with links to threads on the site.
Is there an easy way I can replace all instances of my old domain.com to my new domain.com in all posts?
