CMS Cant find option to edit the liscenced domain name

I have a few 3.x vb licensees out of which two of them are not being used and I want to upgrade them to the 4.x suit thing but also need to change the domain names for both and I cant see the option of doing that any more... There used to be an edit option for domains in the members area until a few years ago..

Can some one point me in the right direction please __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
