Forum Help with GroupIcons and Rebuild

Hi Guys n Gals

I'm having a really nightmare with rebuilding my group icons
Firstly some background....running 4.0.2 on a Windows NT server... which has been going ok for a good while, anyway, uploaded a GroupIcon which went fine and when I look at the Group page Attachment 44716 the icon is there in all its glory.... but.... when I look at the group summary page Attachment 44715I get a white box.... not the icon nor the default grey people icon.... so i know that vB4 knows that there is an image there but I guess it can't create the thumb that it needs to display.

So I ran the Rebuild GroupIcons routine (with SafeMode OFF) and got this pic

Now I amend the SafeMode = ON and I get this pic

Either way the messages are not good.

Please can someone show me the light as am struggling here, but please be basic with me as I'm no expert, step-by-step
