Forum Users are seeing the Text editor

Hello,

I'm experimenting with migrating a SMF 1.11 forum to Vbulletin 4.03. With the accounts that got migrated, over, if I log in and try to edit an article, the edit toolbars are not visible. Also, none of the post icons are visible.

If I login with a new account that was created during the initial install with the same permissions then I have access to everything.

Any ideas as to what would be causing this.

A second problem is, if I logon with a user that was imported, in the forum, the threads show up as being posted in the 19 hundreds and the users can't see them. However, the new account, the dates on the forum threads are as they should be. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
