Email notification of all posts, auto-subscription to all threads

Does anybody know a way to automatically email a copy of ALL new posts in my forum, i.e., if somebody starts a new thread, I need a copy of that first message automatically sent to my user@domain email address, so I can kill spam immediately, and so I can track what's happening on my forum?

It is not time efficient to always be browsing my forum trying to find the new messages, clicking away and hunting. I need just a chronological list of all new messages as they are posted anywhere.

Within the Admin Control Panel, I have checked on "Instant email notification", but have received no emails of any new posts. Clicking on the Help icon, it says only "This option determines the default level of subscription when this user makes a post." So, it apparently subscribes me only thread by thread if and only if I make a post to the threads. Of course, it is not feasible to click on every new thread and then subscribe to it.

I would be surprised if this feature does not exist in a modern forum software program that's competitive ... __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
