CMS Trying to ad a option to article creation, but page renders either blank or "original

Trying to add some options to the options on the right side on the page
where you create articles.. usually i would just use hook, but theres none.

so trying via the cache..

I tryed using the classic str_replace which usually works,
but suspecting its becourse the template i was adding to is
working as a variable..
but then the options panel just renders blank...

Now i tryed craeting a "replica" menu and want to add it above the
publishing options, created a template and trying to render it,
but nada, it does not show.. .

plugin i use to change with

basicly the template is just a bunch of div tags,
like the original article publising options..
