CMS Is this a Bug? Nav-Bar Sub Menu items disappear

Hello.

I'm setting up my forum these days.

The whole navbar sub menu disappeared at CMS (only the items, blue stripe is there)

- published swichtes are on, so it can't be a problem
- there's a new function in VB4 pach level 4, that articles has a new option: 'Make available for subnav' that not only sections, but arcticles' links can be put onto 'nav bar sub menu'.
- when I used this option in an article the crash happened, nav bar sub menu is now empty...
- it cannot be recalled, if I set everything to default, nothing happens, still empty
- I reinstalled whole vb to my site
- I repeated to set up my nav bar sub menu, everything was all right (Home, Section1, Section2, etc)
- then I tried to use this new article option again, to put its link on subnav, and crashed again

- nothing on the nav bar sub menu, when I check the boxes with the sections sequence there is nothing, when I make a new sequence nothing, new checkbox fills,,, still nothing,, it remains empty after save button
- I would not want to reinstall again, some solution would be handy
Has somebody met this problem, or can anyone help me or give advice, how can I reset the nav bar sub menu?
