CMS Caching Problem

The Widgets and the Sidebar Elements on forumhome have all an cache which is time and not event driven.
Why did you code it this way?

There are realy many threads here and on vbulletin-germany.com where user ask, why they can't see the new thread/comment/blogentry/whatever in the widget/sidebar.

Now you cache the elements, and even nothing has been written for 15 minutes, the cache will be renewed after 15 minutes.
On the other side=> If the users create 5 new threads in 10 minutes, nobody will see them in the widget/sidebar until the cache gets rebuild.

It would be realy much better, if this would be renewed after somebody creates a new thread, etc...

For big boards there could be a timesolution....
