CMS Want all articles to publish to Front Page regardless of Section....

I'd like all articles to publish to the Front Page regardless of Section. I just published an article to a section and it's there but it's not on the Front Page.

Sounds quite simple but I just can't seem to find the place to fix this.

For a visual go to www.dumontnjforum.com I posted an article in the Bergen County section and as you can see it's there but it's not on the Front Page.
