Goodbye vBulletin...

Okay so around 4 hours ago I purchased vBulletin using Paypal and INSTANT transfer. The money has left my Paypal and I have nothing to show for it but a Paypal receipt...

So. A Paypal receipt cost me $195? Since when did vB fail so hard at a good customer relationship. My paypal has now been disputed as I still have yet to receive my software and I will be fighting for my money back due to a BAD service.

1. I am a client
2. I just spent $195
3. When did vB stop CARING
4. 3 Other vB licenses... I'll now happily SWAP them for IPB
5. Very sad by this turn of events. I have been a long time and LOYAL customer of vBulletin since the 3.6 days. Obviously this doesn't matter for anything any more as vBulletin is happy to TAKE $195 off me for no result.
6. I have left a ticket, 4 hours no response. IF, and I don't use that lightly, IF you want to keep me as a client as I have been for so long and I have happily given you money for a GOOD service, I would suggest you get on this matter ASAP.

Poor effort vBulletin. Unless you can somewow plead your case to me or actually allow me to log in and download WHAT I PAID FOR.. If not, I'll be getting my money back from Paypal. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
