Forum Failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Hello all.

I have done a brand new fresh install of vB4.

The install ran fine and I was able to access the site and look around.

What I am getting now is that the site will run for a while, but will then stop working with this error.

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './includes/class_bootstrap.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\xxxxxx\vb\bootstrap.php on line 30
I have been able to open the AdminCP page and log in. As soon as I click the log in button, within 10 seconds my site is back up and functions without any problem.

After a while, I haven’t been able to time it exactly yet, the same error returns to the site and I have to log back into the AdminCP area to bring the site back up.

I also tied a suggestion I read in another thread and re-uploaded all the files again. Which gave the same results. The site works for a while, then same error returns until I manually log into the AdminCP.

Any ideas anyone?
