Expert wanted in the Netherlands !

I own a (Vbulletin) forum, did not build it myself - came with the company I took over.
I could really need some live help from somebody thats knows VBulletin. I am able to mod a bit but the rest is way to difficult for me. For example, I would really like a 'lastest threads display' and how to make/implement an advert ? At het moment I am hiring a webdesigner but he doesn't know sh*t about VBulletin and his hours are really expensive.

Is there a VBulletin(4) expert in the Netherlands who I could hire to help me ? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
