CMS redirect from root to /forums?

I'm using vba currently for the cms. It is in the root directory. vb is in the /forums directory.

I have to keep the forums in the /forums directory. If I use the vb cms...it too looks like it has to be in the /forums directory. I'll get rid of vb in the root.

However...what to do w/ the root?

Can I redirect the root to go to the /forums/content.php file (or w/e the cms page is)? If so...how? Also, is this the best solution for my site which currently uses a traditional CMS at the root? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
